W. Ryan NeumyerRyan is a graduate of Susquehanna University and the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. Ryan's practice is primarily devoted to counseling private and public employers on human resources and employee benefits compliance issues, including FMLA, ADA, ERISA and wage and hour laws. He also represents clients before courts and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review. Drawing on his prior experience as Director of Human Resources and General Counsel for a Lancaster-based healthcare organization, Ryan also provides counsel to medical practices on issues such as HIPAA and Federal healthcare reform.
Ryan also practices in the area of Community Association Law. Drawing on his experience serving on the Board of Directors of local homeowners' associations, Ryan works with condominium and homeowners' associations on all aspects of their governance, including general liability, director, officer and other insurance claims, collection of delinquent assessments, amending and interpreting governing documents, covenant and bylaw enforcement litigation, contract drafting and review and construction defect matters.
Ryan, his wife Amy, and his two children Griffin and Keegan have called Lancaster home since 2003. In their spare time, Ryan and his family enjoy the outdoors, whether it be running, hiking, camping, skiing or fishing. Practice Areas
