Eric J. Stark![]() Eric is a cum laude graduate of Elizabethtown College, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and attained Honors in the Discipline. Mr. Stark graduated from Widener University School of Law in 2005, where he was selected for Moot Court Honor Society, and participated in an interscholastic evidence competition at Brooklyn University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Stark served as a certified legal intern in both the District Attorney’s Office and Public Defender’s Office in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Mr. Stark concentrates his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation, employment law, criminal law and family law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Self Insurers’ Association, where he is a regular contributor to the bi-monthly Workers’ Compensation newsletter. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations. Mr. Stark is a lifelong resident of Lancaster County, and is active in his church and local Kiwanis Club.
