Jim is an active member of the Lancaster Bar Association, having served as chairman to the workers' compensation section. In addition, he is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations as well as various trial lawyer associations. He is a frequent lecturer for numerous organizations. At the request of his clients, Jim also presents seminars on specific workers' compensation and employment law issues to specific human resource organizations and provides in-house training for insurance carriers and employers. Jim balances his aggressive pursuit of his clients' legal interest with a strong commitment to family and community. He has volunteered his services to both church and youth activity leagues.
